Early Learning Enrollment
All of our Early Learning programs are licensed and contracted with ELC for School Readiness and VPK. We offer Early Learning Programs for two-year-old’s(at select locations), PreK 3–4-year old’s and VPK . We offer a safe and fun learning environment for our students during their crucial developmental period to ensure they can learn and grow as much as possible before entering Kindergarten. Enrollment is outlined below:
March– Open enrollment begins for families seeking full-time programs with wrap-around care. Invitations for enrollment will be sent via email by the on-site Director based on our Prioritization Policy.
To be eligible for the Two-year-old program, children must be two years old.
To be eligible for PreK 3, children must be three years old and fully potty-trained.
To be eligible for VPK your child must be four years old on or before September 1 of the upcoming school year.
February – Enrollment begins for currently enrolled students (Two’s/PreK 3) within Plato Academy Preschools and Siblings of currently enrolled Plato Academy students and staff.
Extended Care Enrollment
We offer before care and after care. Our schedule for extended care is the same as our early learning which includes holidays and breaks, although based on enrollment we may have extended care availability on certain days the early learning center would be closed. We offer a safe and fun environment for students to be at before and afterschool. We understand hectic schedules parents try to manage, so we want to be of as much help as possible. We offer homework help, games and activities for your child before and after school. Our hours of operation are 7:00am- 8:15am and 3:10pm- 5:45pm.
There will be a late fee of $1.00 for every minute after 5:45, per child, so ensure you can make it to pick up on time. We require a sign in and a sign out of your child every day for safety purposes. There is a two week minimum notice and payment required by parents/ guardians initiating their students’ disenrollment.
Summer Camp Enrollment
We offer Summer Camp to help with busy work schedules while ensuring our students have a great summer. We are open 7:00 am to 5:45 pm Monday through Friday. We have daily activities for our students to be able to have fun while learning. We also offer field trips to give our students a chance to experience new fun things during their summer. All rates above are the current 22-23 rates and are subject to change.
Tuition is due each Friday prior to the week that services are to be provided.
Tuition will be paid ONLY through Tuition Express Automatic Withdrawal weekly. All returned
payments carry a $25 fee.
➢ Non-payment of tuition will result in disenrollment from the programs which my child(ren) are enrolled.
➢ Our hours of operation are 7:00am-5:45pm. The Early Learning and Extended Care programs close promptly at 5:45pm. A late fee of $1.00 per minute, per child fee will be charged for not picking up by 5:45pm.
➢ You are required to sign your child in and out each day.
➢ Please note that tuition is due regardless of holidays, school closings, absences, or illnesses.
➢ Please refer to the calendar for dates that the campus is closed.
➢ A minimum of a TWO weeks’ notice and payment will be required by any parent/guardian initiating their student’s disenrollment.
– Should you choose to disenroll, availability in the program cannot be guaranteed and registration fees will need to again be paid.
Regardless of attendance, tuition is due in full for the weeks of:
Thanksgiving Break (1 week)
Winter Break (2 weeks)
Spring Break (1 week)
